What to wear for a job interview for a customer service or sales rep/associate job?

This is going to be my first job interview and I am not really sure what to wear. I am pretty sure this job will consist of me making phone calls for one reason or another. I’m only 17 so getting a suite is pretty much out of the question, what can I wear that looks kind of conservative but will be comfortable for my age?

I’m looking for advice to wear in a job interview for a high street shop. I have been invited for a interview at woolworths which is my first job interview ever and i dont know how to dress. I have a very nice and well fitting suit and silk tie but i think that may be overdoing it but i feel jeans and a t-shirt are too informal. Any advice?
I also add the actual workers in woolworths wear a red coloured shirt uniform.

Is being admin support for 2.5 years frowned upon in a job search?

My first job out of college was for 4 years, and I’ve been at my current job for 2.5 years. Will my length of time be frowned up if I search for another job now? I am admin support, but I really would like more autonomy and a chance to work in the area of my degree – which is something I can’t do at my current company. Thanks.
